La soprano Ariane WOHLHUTER et le guitariste Philippe MOURATOGLOU débutent leur collaboration en 2009 lors d’un concert consacré à John Dowland et Benjamin Britten.  Leur répertoire s'enrichit par la suite d'adaptations personnelles d'oeuvres vocales de Gabriel Fauré, Franz Schubert, Henry Purcell... ; parallèlement, ils poursuivent leur exploration du répertoire classique pour chant et guitare (Manuel De Falla, Dusan Bogdanovic, Fernando Sor, Carlos  Guastavino...). Dans ce duo, la guitare de Philippe MOURATOGLOU, soliste reconnu et délicat, dessine les contours du chant d'Ariane WOHLHUTER, précis et aérien.

The soprano Ariane Wohlhuter and the guitarist Philippe Mouratoglou began their collaboration in 2009 during a concert dedicated to John Dowland and Benjamin Britten. Their  repertory then became enriched with personal adaptations of vocal works of Gabriel Fauré, Franz Schubert, Henry Purcell. At the same time, hey pursued their exploration of the classic repertory for voice and guitar (Manuel De Falla, Dusan Bogdanovic, Fernando Sor, Carlos Guastavino). In this duet, Philippe Mouratoglou's guitar, (he is a recognized and delicate soloist), draws with great panache the contouring of the precision singing of Ariane Wohlhuter's airs.
